About Valerie

Valerie is an experienced project manager who has leveraged her breadth of experience in supporting management teams to effectively present actionable insight to senior management. Her depth of understanding in cross-functional dependencies across organizations helps to strike a balance between people and processes as she provides program guidance in directing the alignment of tasks, resources and profitability across organizations going through transformations.

Valerie has more than 15 years of experience at Goldman Sachs and GE Capital, and currently assists consulting teams in prioritizing tasks, structuring project deliverables and finalizing client presentations. Her cross-industry experience ranges from manufacturing, professional service firms, non-profits, aerospace and education institutions.

As a certified SPHR professional, Valerie is passionate about complex data analysis and business process optimization. She leads executive coaching workshops, programs and bootcamps that enhance critical skills in collaboration, problem solving and developing high-performance teams across the US, Central America, Australia, and the Middle East.

Valerie has an MBA in finance from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University and a BS in accounting from Roosevelt University.
